I’d have a finished picture for you but sai is continuously getting on my tits and crashing. I had all colouring done now I’m back to lineart stage.

Literally fed up with doing processes over and over because of this...

Can SAI automatically save files after certain periods of time (like 5 minutes)? If yes, I suggest you enabling that feature because, well, unless SAI becomes more elaborate on why it crashes (memory overload, perhaps?), I can't help with fixing it anyhow.

no auto save feature
If I save little bits frequently it seems fine, if i try to save a lot of data at once then it seems to crash. it only crashes during saving so perhaps thats it? idk...

Whaaaaaaaaaaaat.
I thought that it should be a standard feature for any decent graphics tool.

Yep, that most likely involves memory issues. I'll try to investigate into it once I'm back from work.
